Subject: WFO GSP is resuming normal operations

WFO GSP has returned to service. Communications remain degraded at
our office, but a workaround has been put in place such that
almost all of our official forecast products can be disseminated
normally. Thank you to WFO CAE for providing service backup
through the day today.
