...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL LUNA COUNTY THROUGH
615 PM MDT...

At 547 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles west of Sunshine, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of west central Luna
County.

This includes Interstate 10 in New Mexico between mile markers 64 and
77.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
