.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will gradually diminish this
evening after dark with some outflows related to the showers and
storms. Otherwise, winds will become light and variable, driven by
terrain. This will remain the case through much of the period
though prevailing flow will be from the south. More scattered showers
and thunderstorms will development again in the afternoon with
gusty winds and heavy rains the main concerns.

.TONIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (25-35 percent). Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms early in the evening,
                    then slight chance of showers and thunderstorms
                    late in the evening.
CWR.................40 percent decreasing to 10 percent.
Min temperature.....57-62.
Max humidity........60-75 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Variable winds 5 to 6 mph. Gusty and erratic
                    winds expected near thunderstorms in the
                    evening.
Smoke dispersal.....Good (79900 knot-ft) early in the evening
                    decreasing to poor (11400 knot-ft) late in the
                    night.
Transport winds.....Southwest around 7 mph shifting to the
                    southeast 9 to 10 mph in the late evening and
