.DISCUSSION...
Temperatures will be warmer today, back above normal with
decreasing clouds. Minimum RH will see a decline of around 10 to
15 percent compared to Sunday`s improved values, settling in the
mid 20 percent range around the burn site. Brisk northwest to west
winds will prevail in the morning and afternoon, peaking before
1400 MST. Vent rates will be at their best today, reaching good to
localized spots of very good in and around the Sacramento Mts.
Ventilation will decrease to fair to good categories for Tuesday.
Greater coverage of good vent rates can be expected on Wednesday,
along with a shift to southwest winds. MinRH will see a bump as
well, as moisture is pushed into the region ahead of an upper
level system. Chances for precipitation increase on Thursday as
the system moves into New Mexico. Vent rates of fair to good on
Thursday will be squeezed by surrounding rates of poor.
