.DISCUSSION...
Moisture will arrive from the east tonight, reaching to around the
Rio Grande. This will bring improvements to overnight recoveries
as well as an increase in afternoon minimums. Moisture will also
be on the increase toward the Gila and near the Arizona border. In
between, minimum RH values will drop well into the teens. Highs
will be a few degrees above average. Far eastern areas and western
areas, including the mountains, will see low to moderate (20 to
40) shower and thunderstorm chances in the afternoon and evening
for tomorrow.
