.DISCUSSION...
Another mild afternoon is expected for the desert lowlands with
minimum RH values in the lower to mid 30s beneath a mix of mid and
higher level clouds. Winds will be a little stronger, peaking 10
to 15 MPH from the west with very good to excellent venting. Late
this evening into the morning hours Thursday, the mountains will
see around a 40% chance for light rain or snow with little to no
precipitation in the lowlands. Tomorrow will be cooler with
lighter winds.
