.DISCUSSION...
Elevated fire danger continues over the weekend with abnormally warm
and dry conditions. 20 foot winds will remain below critical thresholds
out of the west at 5 to 12 MPH both days but min RH values will be
in the single digits across the lowlands and 10 to 12 percent in the
area mountains. A slight increase in min RHs early in the work week, but
some locations in the lowlands are expected to see critical RHs coupled
with breezy winds. Red Flag warnings may be needed Monday and especially
Tuesday for locations west of the Rio Grande.
