The National Weather Service in El Paso has issued a

* Dust Advisory for...
  Central El Paso County in western Texas...

* Until 445 PM MDT.

* At 419 PM MDT, a dust plume was near Fort Bliss, moving south at
  30 mph.

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
           of 40 mph.

  SOURCE...Traffic cameras.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 19 and
  34.

Locations impacted include...
West El Paso, Central El Paso, East El Paso, Northeast El Paso, Far
East El Paso, Mission Valley, Fort Bliss, Socorro, Biggs Field, Fort
Bliss Northeast, Franklin Mountains State Park, and McKelligon
Canyon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
STAY ALIVE!
