* Dust Advisory for...
  Southeastern El Paso County in western Texas...

* Until 800 PM MDT.

* At 652 PM MDT, an area of blowing dust was over Horizon City.

  HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong winds around 35
           mph.

  SOURCE...Department of Transportation traffic cameras.

  IMPACT...Hazardous travel.

* This includes Interstate 10 in Texas between mile markers 28 and
  61.

Locations impacted include...
Tornillo, Clint, Mission Valley, Agua Dulce, Sparks, Dairyland, San
Elizario, Horizon City, Socorro, Indian Cliffs Ranch, East El Paso,
Lake Way Estates, Fabens, Colonia del Paso, and Far East El Paso.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.

Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. PULL ASIDE
STAY ALIVE!
