DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK ---------------------- At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Juliette was located near latitude 25.4 North, longitude 120.8 West. The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the north near 8 mph (13 km/h). The remnant low will continue northward during the next 24 hours, with a reduction in forward speed expected. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. Additional weakening is forecast, and the remnant low is expected to dissipate in 36 hours. The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb (29.77 inches). HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND ---------------------- None.
