Winds increasing out of the west Friday morning, becoming gusty
through sunset. Sustained west winds 20 to 25 knots with peak
gusts of 40 knots between 1PM and 4PM Friday afternoon. Areas of
blowing dust may temporarily reduce visibility to 2-4 miles during
the afternoon. Winds will diminish below warning criteria Friday
night with unlimited visibility overnight.
