* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 8 inches over
  Scott Mountain Pass and other elevations near or above 5,000 feet.
  Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northern Trinity.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Roads will become slick and hazardous and may be closed.
  Travel could be very difficult. Gusty winds could bring down tree
  branches.
