* Until 945 AM PDT.

* At 915 AM PDT, showers capable of producing waterspouts were
  located along a line from 27 NM northwest of Fort Bragg to 27 NM
  west of Fort Bragg, moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fort Bragg.
