morning, including portions of highway 101 between Eureka and
Arcata. Visibilities has been reduced to less than one quarter
mile in some areas. Motorists should prepare for rapid changes in
visibility. Use only low-beam headlights in fog. Allow extra time
to reach your destination. These conditions may linger into the
late morning hours.
