A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Coastal waters from Cape Mendocino to Pt. Arena CA out 10 nm...
  Waters from Cape Mendocino to Pt. Arena CA from 10 to 60 nm...

At 354 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated strong showers, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along
a line extending from 20 nm south of Cape Mendocino to 55 nm west of
Mendocino, moving east at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Water spouts are possible along with stronger thunderstorms...locally
higher waves...and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...locally higher
