upslope and upvalley breezes developing in the afternoon. Cooler weather
conditions with slightly higher humidity and a deeper marine layer is
expected tonight into Thursday. Slightly stronger upslope and upvalley
winds are expected with high mixing heights and southwesterly
transport winds on Thursday.
