.DISCUSSION...Light northerly winds around 2 to 3 mph tonight, increasing
by the early evening on Sunday to just under 10 mph and veering from the west.
Westerly winds ease before midnight Monday morning to a light northerly breeze.
Recovery RH values around 50% tonight will steadily increase and peak at 70% by
6am or so. The lowest RH values Sunday will be around 35% in the late afternoon,
increasing overnight into the mid 60% range Monday morning. Sky cover will be
mostly clear for the next 36 hours.
