.DISCUSSION...A cold front offshore early this morning will bring
light to moderate rain late this morning into the early afternoon.
A cold and unstable air mass following the front this evening and
generate showers and perhaps light snow showers into Thursday. Gusty
southerly winds is expected, primarily over the ridges.

.REST OF TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Chance of light showers through 11 AM...then steady
light to moderate rain into the afternoon,
CWR.................30 percent increasing to 90 percent late in the
                    morning and early afternoon.
Max temperature.....Around 47.
Min humidity........80 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast winds 4 to 10 mph with gusts to
                    around 21 mph.
