.DISCUSSION...Light variable winds through the early morning hours build
in the afternoon at 5 - 8 mph from the south. RH value at its lowest will
be around 22% with a high temp of 90F. Skies clear for much of the day with
a few cloud groups coming in by dusk. Overnight RH recovery values range
40% - 65% into Sunday. Winds turn northerly  by Sunday early morning hours
at 2 - 3 mph then build 8 - 10 mph by the afternoon. Sustained winds in the
evening at 11 - 13 mph with gusts up to 20 mph easing after sunset. Lowest RH
value Sunday will be around 13% - 15% with a high temp of 86F.
