easing to a southwest bearing at 0 - 2mph. Winds turn northeast overnight
into Friday early morning, veering more from the northeast at sunrise.
Overnight recovery RH values range 66% - 93% into Friday morning, with
the lowest RH value Friday around 40%. Highest temperature Friday will be
around 81F. Winds build before noon out of the northwest to around
