.DISCUSSION...Stable air mass and a strong nocturnal inversion
will limit ventilation and mixing through much of today. High
humidity with generally light NW transport winds are forecast
again on Monday. Once again, a strong inversion may take til mid
afternoon to break for sufficient smoke dispersion.
