.DISCUSSION...A ridge of high pressure moves overhead Thursday, bringing
the warmest day of the week. This high pressure shifts eastward Friday
then a trough approaches from the west this weekend, bringing a cooling
and moistening trend Friday through this weekend. Light NE winds are
forecast to weaken early Thursday morning, then winds remain light and
variable to terrain-driven Thursday afternoon and Friday. Light SE winds
may develop as early as Friday evening in higher terrain as the next trough
approaches, however this will likely only be seen as transport winds at
the burn site.
