.DISCUSSION...Stable conditions with a warming trend is expected
through mid week. Nightly inversions, low mixing heights and light
and variable transport winds are forecast each night and day. The
inversion will grow more robust late in the week as mid-slopes and
ridges warm up considerably while valleys stay cooler.
