.DISCUSSION...Fairly stable and consistent conditions are expected
over the next several days. Winds will become northeasterly overnight
and then northwesterly in the afternoon, but remain just a few mph.
Mixing heights will remain low, probably around 1000 feet at their
peak. RH will likely only drop to around 60 each afternoon with near
100 percent overnight RH. Stronger northeast to east winds are
expected Wednesday morning.
