Rain showers will increase during the day on Tuesday with 2.0 to 3.5 inches of rain most likely over 24 hours. Southerly wind will be moderate but increase in the evening with some gusts over 20 mph. A weak but well defined cold front will pass Tuesday night into Wednesday, cooling conditions into the upper 40s and quickly turning winds northwest.
