.DISCUSSION...Light and variable winds will turn southerly tonight
ahead of a frontal system. Some light showers or sprinkles are
possible this afternoon. Heavier rain is expected late tonight and
Friday. There is also a 20% chance for thunderstorms which could
produce brief heavy rain and strong wind gusts to 40 mph.
Southerly winds and showers with a 20% chance of thunderstorms
will continue through the day on Friday. Activity will begin to
wind down overnight Friday with generally lighter amounts on
Saturday. Rainfall totals Friday through Saturday will most likely
range from 1 to 1.5 inches.
