.DISCUSSION...Light southeast winds will become northwest or west this
afternoon and remain fairly light. It is possible they will become
upslope instead of NW. Tonight winds may be downslope or downvalley,
but are expected to gradually become north to northwest and increase
slightly. These northerly winds are expected to continue to increase
slightly Tuesday afternoon. RH continue to be similar to previous
days with open areas dropping into the 50s. Mixing heights will only
lift to around 1,000 feet today and Tuesday.
