DANGER FOR ALL INTERIOR ZONES TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...Conditions will begin to warm and dry today as a
strong heat wave builds in. By Tuesday, highs in excess of 100
are expected in all interior valleys with extremely dry RH below
10 percent. Nighttime will bring little relief with lows above 60
and very poor RH recoveries below 40 percent. Moderate to strong
northeast winds will build tonight and tomorrow night along the
rim of the Sacramento Valley, generating critical fire weather
conditions in the Sacramento Valley foothills including southeast
Lake County. Elsewhere, winds will be mostly moderate and terrain
controlled, but even light winds will lead to periods of critical
fire weather conditions throughout the interior each afternoon
given the very low RH.
