.DISCUSSION....Gusty northeasterly winds have ramped up, primarily for Lake and eastern
Mendocino counties. Humidity is expected to gradually drop though the day
with widespread RHs in the teens to low 20s, which have prompted a red flag warning
for zones 264 and 277. Winds begin to diminish Thursday morning and RH
recoveries improve toward the end of the week.
