.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
have weakened overnight and pushed further into the outer waters.
Winds will continue to weaken through the morning with winds
becoming nearly calm along shore by early afternoon. Currently
steep short period seas will also fall, lagging just behind the
winds. Seas in the inner waters will most likely drop below 6 feet
by late afternoon. Calmer conditions will continue Friday with
strong northerly wind and steep seas pushing back close to shore
this weekend.
