.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
gradually begin to push back closer to shore today with near gale
force gusts throughout the outer waters by mid afternoon.
Gale conditions will then persist int he outer waters Wednesday
with near gale conditions in the inner waters before gradually
diminishing into the evening. A long period westerly swell has
built into the waters and will gradually decay over the next
couple of days.
