.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Winds will remain
mostly calm today in the inner waters, with fresh northerlies
across the outer waters. Widespread northerly near- gale winds
with gusts exceeding 40 knots will return to the outer waters
Saturday and continue through early next week. Large, very steep,
short period wind waves seas will build with winds. Strong winds
will also gradually approach the inner waters Saturday afternoon
and Sunday with gusts up to 30 kts.
