.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong northerly winds
will continue to build through the day. Gusts possible up to 35
kts in the northern outer waters creating steep chaotic seas up
to 10 feet. Steep waves over 6 feet will travel into the inner
waters later in the week, mostly around Cape Mendocino. Strong
northerly winds will persist into the weekend.
