.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Today, the northerlies
will weaken throughout the day. Short period seas of up to 8 feet
in the outer waters will follow the winds downward through the
afternoon hours. A frontal system will approach and turn the winds
southerly Friday. Winds will decrease later Saturday through
Sunday. Seas will increase up to 9 feet with a WSW swell on
Saturday. A sizable, long period WNW swell is then expected on
Monday.
