.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS....Northerly winds
continue today, bringing steep seas to most of the waters.
Nearshore, winds and seas remain light, though some gusty winds
are possible along the Mendocino Coast and near-gale force gusts
are likely in the immediate lee of Cape Mendocino in the
afternoons. Winds and seas finally start to ease later this week
as low pressure disrupts the northerlies.
