.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will
increase today with some near gale force gusts just downwind of
Cape Mendocino as a weak front passes the area during the day.
Steep short period seas will build in the southern waters with
more gentle conditions in the north. Gusty winds with showers and
isolated tstms are expected tonight and Monday. Otherwise, winds
are forecast to diminish on Monday with another northwest mid
period swell coming to dominate the sea state once again.
