This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Through tonight.

Elevated fire-weather conditions are expected today with wind gusts
up to 40 mph. However, minimum relative humidity values of 32-38
percent is expected this afternoon.

Isolated thunderstorms and showers are moving eastward across north
central Missouri this morning. Expect light rain and peak winds of
50 mph with the strongest storms.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

A limited risk of severe storms is forecast for portions of the area
on Saturday and Sunday. Severe weather potential is possible on
Saturday night into Sunday with a cold frontal passage. A slight
risk is across much of the area on Saturday and only portion of the
area on Sunday. Large hail and damaging winds are the primary
threats for each day.
