west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Very cold wind chill values are expected this morning ranging from 5
 below zero to 15 below zero. Afternoon wind chill values are only
 expected to rise into the single digits above zero to single digits
 below zero.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

 Very cold, possibly dangerous wind chills are expected Monday and
 Tuesday morning. Wind Chill values will range from from 5 below
 zero to as cold as 20 below zero. Afternoon wind chill values are
 only expected to rise into the single digits above zero to single
 digits below zero each day.
