Current conditions near the burn site are a temperature of 58 degrees,
a RH of 93 percent, with northeasterly winds around 9 mph. Given recent
wetting rains and RH above 90 percent, fires will be very difficult to
achieve/sustain. RH may drop to as low as 60 percent by mid afternoon.
