...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central Missouri, including the following
  county, Pettis.

* WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 203 AM CDT, The transportation department reported
    flooding in the warned area.  Between 1.5 and 3 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
