following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton,
Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Harrison, Holt, Nodaway and Worth.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
