...Synopsis...
Preceding a midlevel low moving slowly northward across the Pacific
Northwest, ample midlevel moisture and sufficient buoyancy will
promote isolated high-based thunderstorms over the WA Cascades
during the afternoon into tonight. PW values of 0.80 to around 1
inch will favor mixed wet/dry thunderstorms, and given very dry
fuels, lightning-induced ignitions will be possible (along with
gusty/erratic outflow winds).
