Light snow will continue to move eastward through the evening commute while slowly expanding south. This snow will result in partially snow covered roads and reduced visibilities down to one mile, especially from Interstate 80 on north. Slippery travel is expected for the evening commute, especially on untreated roads. This snow should begin to wane around 8 PM as it slowly ends from west to east. Roads, bridges, and overpasses may be slick and hazardous from a coating of snow. Be extra cautious on bridges and overpasses and allow extra following distance if driving. $$
