This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Illinois...northwest Illinois...west central Illinois...east
central Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Iowa and northeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

Strong southwest winds gusting around 35 to 45 mph, very warm
temperatures and dry vegetation will lead to an elevated
grassland fire danger through early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY

There is a Marginal Risk, or level 1 of 5, for severe weather
Saturday evening and night, with strong wind gusts and large hail
being the main hazards.

Additional showers and thunderstorms will be possible Sunday.
There is now a Slight Risk, or level 2 of 5, for severe weather
across our southeast, with a Marginal Risk for most of the
remainder of the area.
