.DISCUSSION...

A few showers and storms will linger into early this evening, mainly
across far southeast Iowa and northeast Missouri. Additional
storms are expected overnight into early Friday, with isolated
large hail the main hazard. Much warmer and windy conditions will
be seen Friday, with an elevated fire danger risk in the afternoon.

The Grassland Fire Danger Index -GFDI- does not account for
precipitation that occurs or any snow on the ground. Please
make appropriate adjustments.
