.DISCUSSION...

Southwest winds are expected at noon today, with winds around 15
mph, gusting to around 25 mph at the surface. These winds are
expected to slowly wane through the afternoon hours, with only a
small chance (20-30 percent) of light snow this afternoon. There
will be higher chances (40-60 percent) of light snow late this
afternoon into the early evening hours.

Thursday will see dry conditions, with northwest winds around 10
to 15 mph, gusting to around 20 mph.

precipitation that occurs or any snow on the ground. Please
