PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening and continue rising to 13.5 feet early Friday
    afternoon. Additional rises are possible thereafter.

    early Tuesday morning and continue rising to 17.7 feet
