...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT LIVINGSTON COUNTY THROUGH 315 AM
EDT...

At 225 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Stockbridge to Pinckney to near Whitmore
Lake. Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hartland, Howell, Brighton, Fowlerville, Pinckney, Hamburg, South
Lyon, Cohoctah, Oak Grove, Gregory, Whitmore Lake, Plainfield,
Unadilla, Island Lake State Recreation Area, Conway Township,
Pinckney State Recreation Area, Parkers Corners, Lakeland, Chilson,
and Hell.

This includes the following highways...
 I-96 between mile markers 125 and 152.
 US-23 between mile markers 53 and 77.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 500 AM EDT for
southeastern Michigan.
