* WHERE...Midland, Bay, Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola and Sanilac
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.
