...GALE WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
...LOW WATER ADVISORY WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Expect sustained winds up to 24 knots from the west
  with gusts up to 31 knots. The largest significant waves will
  be 4 feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet.

* WHERE...Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to Bay Port MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 8 PM EDT Monday
  with the largest waves expected around 8 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The critical mark for safe navigation at
  Essexville is ten inches below low water datum. At 7 PM, the
  water level at Essexville had risen to 3 inches below low water
  datum. Water levels are expected to continue to rise through
  the night, so the Low Water Advisory will be allowed to expire.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

...GALE WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Abnormally low water levels.

* WHERE...Michigan Waters of Lake Erie from Detroit River to
  North Cape MI.

* WHEN...The maximum winds are expected around 7 PM EDT Monday
  with the largest waves expected around 7 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
  navigating conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The critical mark for safe navigation at
  Toledo is one inch above low water datum. At 7 PM, the water
  level at Toledo was 14 inches above low water datum and falling.
  Water levels are expected remain near or below the critical mark
  through this evening before rising overnight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should navigate shallow waters with extreme caution due
to below normal water levels.
