At 1000 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds up to 30 knots and half inch hail. This
thunderstorm was located over Mt Clemens Harbor Of Refuge, moving
east at 15 knots.

The strong thunderstorm will be near...
  St Clair Flats Old Channel Light around 1005 PM EDT.
  Algonac around 1010 PM EDT.

Mariners can expect gusty winds up to 30 knots, locally higher waves,
