This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A period of light snow late this morning, mainly north of I-69, with
around a half inch north of M-46. An additional half inch to an inch
possible tonight over the northern Thumb as lake effect snow showers
develop.

Winds increase late this morning with gusts up to around 45mph
through this afternoon. A Wind Advisory is in effect for all
southeast Michigan from 11AM to 5PM.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Lake effect snow showers over the northern and eastern portions of
the Thumb Saturday morning. Accumulations of a half inch to and inch
forecast. There is some uncertainty in how persistent these bands are,
ie staying mostly offshore or lingering over the Thumb. If they
linger accumulations of 2-3" possible near the eastern lakeshore.

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Lake Erie, Lake
Huron and Lake St Clair.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

A Gale Warning is in effect this afternoon for the Saginaw Bay and
nearshore waters around the Thumb as strong gusts overland spill out
into the waters. See latest Marine Weather Message for more
information. There is potential for an occasional gale force gust
over the open waters of Lake Huron though warmer southwest winds
expected to limit any gale duration below warning thresholds.

Another period of gales are possible late tonight in northwest flow
following the low.
